Who are they for?

• Everyone who has cause to drive during the course of his or her work, be it every day or very occasionally.
• We provide risk profiles specific to car drivers, van drivers and LGV drivers (printed versions are also available for those without internet access).

How does it work?

• This risk profiling tool is designed specifically for drivers, taking in to account common causes of accidents and built around daily driving tasks.  As such, we believe that it offers more realistic results than is often achieved by psychometric testing.  Furthermore, those profiled are better able to understand and accept their results.
• Once you have purchased the number of Online Driver Risk Profiles you require, your drivers can log in through this page.
• The profile takes approximately 20 minutes for each driver to complete, thereby minimising the down-time
  to your business. 
• Drivers are tested on their knowledge of, and attitude towards, driving in the first part of the profile.  They are further tested on their observation skills and hazard perception.
• Completing the profile simply requires use of the mouse to click on the chosen answers.
• There are many sets of questions, disallowing drivers to help others with their profile.
• With all questions answered, the Drivers’ Risk Profile is instantly calculated as Low, Medium or High Risk, with feedback provided for each area tested.
• Each driver has access to their own risk profile result, whilst you can access the results of all your drivers.

What happens next?

• You can download and store the risk profiles for all your drivers, forming an important record as part of your driving at work safety policy.
• The results should be used to identify which of your drivers require training, and to what extent.
• We recommend the following actions be taken:
• Low Risk Rating: No training essential.
• Medium Risk Rating: Online training or in-vehicle training required, focusing on identified
  areas of need.
• High Risk Rating: In-vehicle training urgently required, focusing on identified areas of weakness.
